Hello and thank you for choosing Chacity Beauty for your beautiful hair needs. Here is some insight for making deposits, cancelling and the rescheduling process of the salon. A deposit ranging from $10-$80 will be required to secure your appointment. Deposits apply to one-time rescheduling and are non-refundable. If needing to reschedule, clients are required to go and reschedule themselves at least 48 hours prior to their original appointment. The new rescheduled date must fall within a week of the original appointment, otherwise a new deposit will be necessary for booking. The deposit does go towards the total amount of the service, and the remainder of the total amount of the service is to be paid using cash, Zelle (chacitybeauty@gmail.com) or the online booking site. If paying with cash, please come with the desired amount as we rarely have change. Please note the booking site takes a small processing fee. No Call -No Show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 30%.
